Mutant worked with Lime House to drive awareness for the restaurant relaunch through a comprehensive PR and social strategy. Mutant managed Lime House’s Facebook and Instagram profiles to maintain top-of-mind awareness through regular social media posts and content calendar creation. Mutant also helped Lime House set up relevant audiences on Facebook Business Manager for advertising purposes and promoted various initiatives such as Lime House’s reopening, Soul Vibes party, loyalty programme, and delivery launch. Mutant also ran a customer giveaway to grow Lime House’s CRM database, and prepared monthly email newsletters to engage the restaurant’s customers.
