The Goal offers is an innovative online platform for recruiters and job seekers, helping them find better talent and roles globally. Wanting to position itself as the top online career recruitment solutions provider across Southeast Asia, launched a variety of new products and services.

The Plan tasked Mutant to run fully-integrated regional campaigns focusing on PR, content marketing and social media strategy. Mutant developed data-led media reports, focusing their campaign efforts on raising’s profile across Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia across various mainstream and targeted industry publications and media. This also included facilitating one-on-one media interviews with’s regional MD. Mutant also crafted weekly content and managed all of Monster’s digital channels to further connect the business with relevant consumers across the region.

The Outcome

Mutant recorded regular coverage for across targeted publications, including Bloomberg, CNBC, Channel NewsAsia, Marketing Magazine, Human Resources magazineMumbrella, and many other titles. Mutant Communications and have been in partnership since late 2014, working on PR strategy and content creation. Throughout this period, has seen great success in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines – their key Southeast Asia markets.

The content improvements across Monster’s websites made it easier for users to engage, resulting in a significantly lower drop off rate on internal pages. Without losing any substance, the average content length on each page was reduced by more than 50%. The success of the initial country pages led to a more standardised approach for in the region. We are currently still working with on PR strategy and content creation. We continuously aim to raise their profile and position Monster as expert thought leaders in the region.
